Grants: A limited number of full and partial travel grants will be awarded to WPA member organizations from the European Region to support their in-person participation in the meeting. The grant coverage may include registration fees, travel expenses, and up to two nights of accommodation. Full grants will cover all above-mentioned expenses, while partial grants may cover one or more of these components.

In-person registration

This registration entitles you to the following:
● Access to all the in-person Regional Meeting sessions and networking opportunities
● Lunches during the meeting
● Coffee breaks during the meeting
● Access to Regional Meeting recorded content

Virtual registration

This virtual registration entitles you to the following:
● Access to Regional meeting sessions through virtual platform
● Access to Regional Meeting recorded content

The deadline for Registration is 15 August 2025

The WPA will provide Certificates of Attendance to each participant for their participation in the regional meeting. Please note that the certificates will only be awarded to those who will attend the Regional Meeting on both days.

The World Patients Alliance reserves the right to refuse or revoke registration participation from any individual at its sole discretion. Furthermore, WPA reserves the right to amend the advertised Regional Meeting program.
