About the Conference

The WPA is proud to announce the 3rd World Patients Conference, a landmark global gathering dedicated to strengthening the patient voice and advancing patient-centred healthcare worldwide.

Building on the success of previous editions, the 3rd World Patients Conference 2026 will convene patients, patient advocates, healthcare leaders, policymakers, and global health stakeholders from around the world. The conference will provide a dynamic and collaborative platform for meaningful dialogue, knowledge exchange, and solution-driven discussions aimed at advancing patient-centred care.

The 3rd World Patients Conference will play a pivotal role in shaping global conversations, influencing policy agendas, and strengthening patient leadership across regions. Together, participants will work towards a future where healthcare systems are safer, more inclusive, equitable, and truly patient-centred.

This international forum is designed to elevate patient perspectives, encourage cross-border collaboration, and inspire actionable change in healthcare systems globally.

When and Where

The 3rd World Patients Conference will take place from 7–8 November 2026 at Nairobi, Kenya.

The conference will be delivered in a hybrid format, allowing participants to attend in person in Nairobi or virtually from anywhere in the world. The language of the conference will be English.

This inclusive format ensures global participation while offering a premium on-site experience in one of Africa’s leading conference destinations.
