GIST Day of Learning - World Patients Alliance

We are thrilled to announce that HENZO KENYA, a member organization of the World Patients Alliance, will be hosting the GIST Day of Learning (GDOL) on July 20, 2024, at The Nairobi Hospital in Kenya. This event is designed to support and educate patients and caregivers about Gastro-intestinal stromal tumors (GIST) and Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML).

HENZO KENYA is a Community Based Organization dedicated to raising public awareness, providing mutual support, and advocating for cancer patients, with a focus on CML and GIST. The GDOL event is a free, one-day opportunity for patients and caregivers to deepen their understanding of this rare cancer, find support, and gain valuable insights to navigate their cancer journey.

This initiative aligns with our mission at the World Patients Alliance to empower patients and advocate for patient-centered care globally. We encourage all those affected by GIST and their caregivers to attend this enriching event.
