Victor Gascon Moreno
Víctor Gascón Moreno is a global patient advocacy and health-sector professional with extensive experience advancing the voice of people living with respiratory, allergic and immunological diseases. As Chief Operating Officer of GAAPP, he supports the organisation’s global operations and patient-led advocacy initiatives.
He has led and supported international advocacy efforts across asthma, COPD, chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP), eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) and Alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency, working with patient organisations, clinicians, researchers and other stakeholders to strengthen patient involvement in research, healthcare policy, education and awareness.
