Pulse Center for Patient Safety Education & Advocacy offers virtual programmes and speakers to strengthen patient advocacy and support safer healthcare. Its programmes include Patient Activation through Community Conversations (PACC), People for Patient Safety (PPS) and the Advocates Collaborative Educational Series (ACES).

Through case studies and shared healthcare experiences, the programmes create opportunities to learn about patient safety and build advocacy skills. PACC provides guided discussion about navigating healthcare and becoming a better-prepared patient or advocate.
