AF Association, part of Arrhythmia Alliance, will lead Global AF Aware Week 2026 to strengthen public understanding of atrial fibrillation (AF).

The annual campaign focuses on early detection, appropriate management and awareness of AF-related stroke and heart failure. Patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, workplaces and members of the public are invited to participate by sharing campaign materials, hosting awareness activities and promoting pulse awareness within their communities.

Global AF Aware Week provides an opportunity for organisations and individuals worldwide to support informed conversations about AF and encourage people with concerns to seek guidance from qualified healthcare professionals.
