As we approach WPSD 2025, the WPA is pleased to announce grants for WPA member organizations to support local and national activities marking the day.

These grants aim to empower community-driven efforts that align with this year’s theme.

Grant Amount: 300-500$

Use of Funds: Organizing in-person events such as:

• Awareness campaigns on child and newborn safety
• Educational sessions for caregivers, patients, and providers
• Community storytelling and engagement activities
• School or hospital-based interactive programs for children

Eligibility:

• WPA Full & Associate member organizations (if not member click here to become a member)
• For organizing in person events only
• Events must reflect the 2025 theme, utilize WPA branding and materials consistent with WPSD guidelines

How to Apply

1. Complete the WPSD 2025 Grant Application Form
2. Grant funds will be reimbursed after the event

Grant recipients should:

1. Use WPA-provided promotional assets (banners, logos, social media visuals)
2. Acknowledge WPA as a partner in all event materials and communications
3. Submit a post-event report (approx. 400 words) with high-resolution photos within one week of the event
4. Promote their event through WPA’s social channels and share event links and outcomes
5. Complete WPA’s Declaration & Bank Details Form for grant disbursement
